1.2.090
Before the team managers' meeting as per article 1.2.087, the team manager - or his
representative - must confirm the identity of the riders who will be starting to the
commissaires' panel. The commissaires' panel shall check the licences of these riders
and ensure that they are included on the list of entrants.
Riders confirmed as starters can no longer be substituted, without prejudice to provisions
of the UCI Regulations providing otherwise except for medical reasons and only in the
context of the Grand Tours.
The commissaires' panel shall also check authorisations to participate from the national
federation required under article 1.2.052.
The operations above must be organised such that they are completed at the latest by
15 minutes before the team managers' meeting.
