Broadgate Estates appoints first Strategy Director
Broadgate Estates, the leading property management company, has appointed Polly PlunketCheckemian to the newly created role of Strategy Director.
Polly’s role will be multi-faceted – helping to develop Broadgate Estates’ client proposition and their
competitive advantage in the management market place. Polly will also build on Broadgate Estates’
existing thought leadership to ensure the company leads the industry in property management best
practice and innovation.
Polly has over 30 year’s property management experience and joins Broadgate Estates from
Cushman & Wakefield where she was an equity partner and held several senior roles since 2003.
These have included leading their Property & Asset Management business, sitting on their UK Board
and most recently as EMEA Head of Research and Insight.
Polly has worked for Hammerson Plc, CB Hillier Parker as Director of Central London Estates before
joining Cushman & Wakefield as Partner to lead their Central London property management offer.
Polly’s career in property management, asset management and estate management has spanned
some of London’s best estates and trophy offices including Hammerson’s Holborn Links Estates,
Berkeley Square Estate, Knightsbridge Estate, Regent Street and 110 Bishopsgate (formerly Heron
Tower) and she is driven to change experiences and perceptions of this industry.
