Previous Period Reports
Previous Period Reports display information about the employee time card, schedules, and
exception for the previous period.
Time Card Report
The time card is where all punch information about employee time is collected and displayed.
The previous period Time Card Report lists each employee's In and Out times for each shift, total
working hours, schedule, and deviations from the schedule for the current pay period. Pay
designation totals in hours for each pay designation and the corresponding workgroup are listed at
the bottom of the time card view.
Use this report to view easy-to-read and accurate time cards.

Period Totals Report
The previous period Period Totals Report lists each employee's pay designation totals, the
workgroup where hours were worked, the number of hours worked, and the pay rate and dollars
earned in the previous pay period.
Use this report to track labor expenditures and as a payroll resource.
Exception Report
The previous period Exception Report displays employees with the selected exceptions for the
previous pay period.
Use this report to review any workforce management exceptions, such as insufficient benefits,
unauthorized time card, and so on. Deviations from the employee's schedule are also
exceptions. For example, when an employee starts work later than scheduled, he or she is tardy.

Schedules
The Schedules report lists employee schedules for the selected date range. This report can also
include scheduled benefit hours such as vacation and sick time.
Use this report to review employee schedules for the specific date range.
