Pool play Tournament: Teams will play three games. Starting Thursday May 18th.
Top 3 teams will make the playoffs. #1 seed gets bye. #2&#3 Semi Final Game
Championship Game- Monday May 22nd Game Time: 6:30p.m.9 innings Prize Money 1st& 2nd place
Speed Up Rules will be used and enforced by umpires if needed.
Game Times: Games must begin as scheduled times indicated or as directed by tournament Director.
Between Games: Field precedence must be given to the preparation of the field
Official Scorekeeper- Official score will be kept during each game and populated in selecting the Most
Valuable Player and Most Outstanding Pitcher
Playing Rules – Tournament officials will provide a lineup card ( line up turned in 15minutes prior to
game time. (Important for public address announcer to prepare prior to start of game).

All games will be played under Major League Baseball Rules
Only Solid Wood Bats may be used. No Composite or Bamboo bats allowed.
It is highly recommended that base coaches wear helmets, but not required.
Tournament Officials will be closely monitoring the progress of the games throughout the tourney. In case of rain delay during play teams
are asked to remain at the complex until an official word on decision of game is determined. Once tournament begins and if inclement
weather affects the balance of the tournament then a prorated refund will be considered based on amount of games team plays.

Tournament fee is $600 in which $300 is due by April 15th in order to secure your spot. Final payment is due by May 5th.
