Aim of the study visit:
… is to support the Office of the Information and Data Protection
Commissioner of Albania (IDP) in the development of their recently
acquired competences in the field of right to information and
transparency. In this context the Spanish Council on Transparency
and Good Governance will inform participants on its experience as
the institution responsible for the monitoring and supervision of the
right to information in Spain. Moreover, participants will be
informed on the relation between the right to information and the
right to personal data protection.
