GRADES 3-5 – Wednesday, February8th, 15th, 22nd & -March 1st and March 8th

BOYS AND GIRLS IN GRADES K-2 and 3-5
WHERE:
Peebles GYMNASIUM
TIME:
3:30 – 4:30 p.m.
WHAT:
Students (3-5) will learn to play basketball in game situations (3 v 3, 4 v
4 and 5 v 5) depending on age and ability.
Skills= Dribbling, Shooting, Ball Handling and Passing.
Lead up Games 1 on 1, 3 on 3, contests and challenges (Hot Shot, Knock out 21) will also be
part of the program.
Students (k-2) will learn basketball FUNdamentals. Using a variety of games and activities,
the skills will be broken down individually and then skills will be put back together. The students
will be given lots of practice time and hands on the ball. We will play small games in the last 2 3 weeks.

$7.00 Basketball (Optional – Each grade level will have a different color)
