consultation go to Diocesan
M&M on 10th November.
• M&M officer writes to all

the draft proposals (in legal
form)
• 6 weeks for responses back to
M&M officer
• Diocesan M&M consider
responses to consultation in
January and make a
recommendation to the Bishop.

• Objections = Hearing process
• No objections = Scheme takes effect
at the end of April.
