2) Welcome Reception Sponsor @ 30Hop – May 23rd Already spoken for RACOM.
3) Exhibitor Hospitality Night – Hog Roast -- May 24th = Opportunity for multiple
vendors to participate. This event will be held in the Exhibit Hall from 5:30 p.m. until
7:30 p.m. Sponsor fee will cover food, drink and event as well as an area for signage
and the opportunity to interact with participants. This event has different levels of
sponsorship.

Bronze Sponsor = $700 Sponsor gets their name and small logo on the agenda,
back of ticket and a sign at the entrance to the hall. In addition, hog roast tickets for
up to 2 company reps.
Silver Sponsor = $1,500 Sponsor gets their name and medium logo on agenda, back
of ticket and a sign at the entrance to the hall as well as promotional materials and
our website. In addition, hog roast tickets for up to 4 company reps.
Gold Sponsor = $3,500 Sponsor gets their name and large logo on agenda, back of
ticket and a sign at the entrance to the hall as well as promotional materials and our
website. In addition, hog roast tickets for up to 8 company reps.
Platinum Sponsor = $7,500 gets their name and large logo on agenda, front of
ticket and a sign at the entrance to the hall as well as promotional materials and our
website. In addition, hog roast tickets for up to 10 company reps. Platinum sponsor
also receives premium placement, with expanded space, in the exhibit hall.
Platinum Sponsors are also considered sponsors of the Iowa Police Chiefs
Association Law Enforcement Leadership Series training in September and receive
logo placement and recognition for that event.
4) Awards Banquet Sponsor – Evening of May 25th = $3,500 The banquet sponsor will
be allowed, if they choose, to speak to the association, during the meal, for up to 10
minutes, name/logo will be in the advertising for the event and on the agenda as a
sponsor. This is a great opportunity and high exposure to the sponsor as they support
the law enforcement community in providing these awards. The sponsorship also gets
the sponsor’s name in the title of the award and qualifies as a Gold Level Sponsor.
