In order to complete Party Registration the following must be submitted to SEMO
Registration, via email and registered post:


Important Information

SEMO Customer Services will acknowledge receipt of the application and on receipt
of all of the above the Party Registration process will commence.

You will be notified in due course by SEMO Customer Services of your Party
Registration status and sent a copy of your Executed Accession Deed.

It is possible for the Party Application to run concurrently with Unit Application (see
Code. Section 2.30)

Section 4 – Your Declarations and Signature

I intend to act as an Intermediary & will submit a Form of Authority (Appendix C of the Trading
and Settlement Code) to the Market Operator, executed by the Unit Owner, and Proof of Regulatory
Consent on receipt from the Regulatory Authority.
