 Cheryl to contact Bouncy Castle and get them to sign insurance form in advance of fair.
 Kate to find out reception taster date and hand out bouncy castle golden tickets.
 Gaby to follow up with donation thank-you letters after the fair.
 Angela to ask if anyone can help with face painting
 Angela/Sonia to ask if Ed wants to be involved with tennis skills activity
 Angela to ask if we can borrow 10 Horam Village hall tables - collect Friday, return Sunday
 Angela to ask at Food and News if they have any children's magazine free gifts/toys they can
donate
 Angela to ask if we can use the Tug of War rope used at Manor Farm. (Kasper's mum?)
 Gazebo/marquees for the day from Sabina, Angela, Cheryl. Sue to confirm if we can borrow
hers again. Confirmed.
 Sonia/Sabina to allocate reps for Tug of War, Water balloon battle, Welly Wanging, Beat the
goalie, etc. This has been completed.
 Maggie to run a nearly new stall at Horam preschool for new reception children.
 Maggie to run a nearly new sale at the new parents drop in evening on Thursday 23 June, 4.156.15pm?
 Verity to confirm happens to lost property clothes at the end of the year. Would it be ok for
Friends to have unclaimed clothing for our nearly new stock?
 Sonia to promote on our Friends page and our next Friends newsletter the contributions we
have been able to make thanks to the support of Maynards Green families at our fundraising
events.
