TUBE 200 is suspension luminaire that uses seamless fluorescent tubes. Consists mostly of opal PMMA diffuser providing a uniform diffused light. Recommended for large voluminous spaces such as waiting rooms, lobbies, receptions. Although it’s the holiday season, BUCK’s staff has been working on new products and projects. We have remodeled our representative office in Moscow, freshened it up with new products and space organization (click to see). The preparations for Light+ Building 2014 are in course, works on the new web site are being finalized, while university students have started with apprentices with our colleagues from marketing and development. NEO PHOTONICS, offices in Moscow Our representative office in Moscow has successfully finished the project of the office space of the representative office of American company Neo Photonics, also in Moscow. This company produces equipment for telecommunication networks. Our engagement on this project has started with the analysis of the existing lighting design. BUCK’s design team has thoroughly analyzed the needs of the spaces, the architect’s idea, and offered a slightly different concept, while respecting European norms for illumination of office spaces. The space itself is not a big one, and the challenge in illumination lied in glass partition walls, partially transparent, and in small units of irregular, ‘broken’ shape. The combination of architectural elements and illumination contributed to the effect of spacious and pleasant working ambience. We would like to stress out the application of two BUCK’s products: the first one is widely used SLIM LINE, a discrete line leading the visitor from the entrance to the reception desk, and then further to the waiting room. TENERE CDP, with its diffused light and combination of several optical elements provides optimal illumination on the working surface, with glare limitation. Project data:
