essential that you read this before the event. If you have not received this letter a week before the
workshop, please contact the Event Coordinator.
CANCELLATION POLICY:
For the 5-day PASSING event if a cancellation is made:

4+ weeks before the event, a full refund will be given

2-4 weeks before the event, a 50% refund will be given

Within 2 weeks of the event, no refund will be given, however an eligible substitute may
attend.
For all other events, if a cancellation is made:

2+ weeks before the event, a full refund will be given

1-2 weeks before the event, a 50% refund will be given

Within a week of the event, no refund will be given, however a substitute may attend.
