Holton-le-Clay Neighbourhood Development Plan Team
Minutes NDP Meeting 4th May 16 – 7pm in the Parish Council Meeting Room.

Barry updated the team on the meeting held with Anne Shorland on Friday 29th April. Wendy Bolton
kindly provided a write up covering the main points from the meeting.
 Next Step – Kev to take a look at the Green Plan supporting document maps to see what he can do
to improve them. Also sort out how to cross reference the photos to the map.
 Next Step – Each team member “volunteered” to survey a section of the Village Boundary and
identify any Key Green Features and take photos of them. Send all info / pictures to Barry.
 Next Step – Barry to start to build a table of existing Boundary Key Green Features. Table to
include description / location / reason for being retained.
 Next Step – Barry discuss with Anne Shorland how she would suggest we tackle the Green
Boundary in more detail – less of a broad brush approach.
NDP Policies
 Once we receive feedback from Anne Shorland on the Policies – Bob will update the policies
master copy.
Comments and Feedback from Agencies
 Agencies such as ELDC Housing and Wellbeing, AWA, LCC – have sent comments on the plan.
Many of the comments are supportive of the plan and some actually give suggestions on how to
improve and strength the plan. These comment Barry will place in the Consultation Table for
Team to review and agree on what actions – if any – team should take.
Specialist Admin Support
 Barry contacted Anne Patchitt who has shown interest is supplying specialist Admin Support in
formatting. Ann has asked for the documents to be E Mailed to her to allow her to scope out the
required work. Team agree on this action as long as it is non conditional. We need to agree on a
scope of work and the costs involved before going ahead with any work.
NDP Comment to be Delivered at the Planning Policy Meeting – Simon Williams Development.
 Team reviewed the outline Bob supplied. It covered the main NDP points. Team made a few
minor changes and agree to Bob using the words he things best for the delivery at the committee
meeting.
NDP Making Comments Directly on Future Development Planning Applications
 Team agreed with this proposal.
 Team agreed on the comments for the Snape Development and the Peacefields Developments.
Online / Cloud Store for NDP Document
Barry explain his thoughts on having a central online store facility that could be accessed by all Team
Members. This would replace the need to store documents on a number for different peoples computers
and all team members would see the must up to date documents.
 The issues of security was raised as well as how to stop accidental deletion / corruption.
 How to automatically archive previous versions
 Next Step – Kev to investigate the opportunities open to us.

 Next Step – Paula to put an NDP update in Holton News and on Parish Council Notice Boards
 Next Step – Paula to share the update with Kev for Face Book and Wendy for Streetlife.
Social Evening
 May is going to be a very busy month. Review timing of Social Evening at next meeting
