Eyal is a research fellow at the Asia Pacific Centre for Leadership and Change (APCLC); His research focuses on the emergence of unsolicited innova on in educa on. This research agenda has led him to study educa onal leadership as well as school entrepreneurship, distributed leadership, educa onal champions, cross sector alliances in the field of educa on and ethical judgments of school principals.
