The Loft has meeting and interview rooms
available for hire. We offer a tiered pricing
structure for members, not-for-profits and
commercial agencies.
Conference Room – Tahi
This is our largest room, suitable for board room layouts, or theatre style. The Loft meeting
rooms provide ease of access with ample car-parking and facilities found at Eastgate
Shopping Centre. to the Mall and facilities.
 Capacity – 40 people theatre style, 24 boardroom style.

Utilising the partition wall , Tahi can be divided into two separate rooms, each with access to
kitchenette and WC facilities.

Tamariki room – Rua
Children and young people’s room. Brightly furnished, perfect for
meetings not requiring formality. This room adjoins Tahi so it is also
ideal as a break out space for workshops running from there.

Client Interview Rooms – Toru – Tekau

Furnished in two relaxed styles, these rooms are great for
smaller meetings.
 Capacity – 3-4 people
 Choice of meeting table and four chairs, or three
armchairs and coffee table
 Childrens’ interview room furnished with relaxed
seating including bean bags and childrens chairs.

Located in the open plan office, workstation, chair and access to
the network are provided.
