Act.
All student records are confidential and
cannot be accessed by anyone other than
the student without their written consent or
a court order.
What Immunizations are Needed




All immunizations needed for high school will cover the
student through college (Copy of other immunizations not
required by university, other than meningitis)
Meningitis immunization required by law for all students
who are living on campus for the first time.
Must be received 10 days prior to moving into residence
hall.
Meningitis immunization cannot be greater than 10 years.
