Team Jerseys & Schedule issue at the Aurora Sports Office, 9AM-12PM.
 You must have your Code of Conduct signed by your team’s parents & Roster Extension form (if
applicable) at this time to pick up your jerseys.
 You will also need to have your certificate of completion for the Concussion Training.
 Additionally, if you have not turned in your Background Check by this time, those will be due
before you will be issued your jerseys.
