(provided at point of TradeConnex application and also available at http://info.maybank2u.com.sg/business/) which
I/we have read and any amendments, alterations and additions thereto as may from time to time be made. I/We further
confirm that I am/we are bound by the prevailing Maybank terms and conditions applicable to each Trade Facility.
The Creator(s) and Authoriser(s) whose information appear in the Users Matrix section above are authorised to create
transactions, authorize transactions, transmit instructions and offer to enter into agreements (as the case may be) for
trade services, products and/or facilities ("Trade Facilities") via Tradeconnex for and on my/our behalf, and all such
transactions shall be binding and conclusive on me/us.
SecurePass tokens will be issued to the User(s) for the purposes of utilising TradeConnex. Maybank reserves the rights to
impose a fee for such tokens issued and/or for any subsequent new/replacement tokens.
