EXPANSION SYSTEM WITH AN
VPSA NITROGEN GENERATOR
Water in the heating system of the greenhouse expands as result of
heating. the top of the vertical storage tank will be used as expansion
room.(5 till 6% off the cylindrical part of the tank)
Above this water nitrogen is present with a small overpressure.
If the water is heated the level will increase because of this the pressure
of the nitrogen will increase.
Above an controlled pressure a valve will open until the pressure
decrease and the valve will close.
If the water is cooling down the pressure will decrease.
The sensor of nitrogen generator will start the nitrogen generator until
the required pressure is on level.
This type generator uses
the VPSA-principal.
VPSA are abbreviations of
vacuum pressure swing
adsorption.
At this process it is
worked with two holders
filled with special activecoal.
In a step process
becomes in holders
alternatively over and an
uplift achieved.
In transfer phase oxygen
is adsorbed to active-coal
and in uplift phase oxygen
from active-coal are
dissipated.
