Aufgaben
Daimler Financial Services supports the sales of Daimler Groups automobile brands with
tailor-made financial services. The products extend from leasing, retail financing and dealer
financing to commercial fleet management, insurance solutions, banking services and
innovative mobility services, e.g. the car2go brand. Daimler Financial Services operates in 40
countries. With more than 7.000 employees, the company services a contract volume of
about 80 billion Euros.
The Digital Sales Solution Team is on a quest to create the future of automotive sales by
offering our customers a unique digital experience. Whether it is collecting information,
customizing products, applying for credit, managing existing contracts or conclusion of new
contacts, the customer will be able to do all of this entirely online from the comfort of his or
her home.
Your tasks in particular are:
Project Management/Governance
- Support the creation and provision of a clear overview over status and forecast on scope,
budget and time of the respective workstreams
- Evaluation, structuring and consolidation of project information and deliverables
- Support in gathering/structuring of analytic results and KPIs
- Support definition and creation of project-related templates and tools
- Creation of operative and strategic presentations for team and management
- Follow-up on project tasks
- Support in Demand Management activities
Communication / Facilitation / Interaction
- Organization and facilitation of meetings and workshops
- Support communication by creating communication tools/content for internal use
(Presentation, videos, monthly newsletter etc.) and support a regular communication and
knowledge sharing across Europe
- Identification of possible team needs
Roll-out and run
- Support roll-out activities together with IT and market
- Support in creation of user stories, alignment with stakeholders and testing activities
Idea generation and specification
- Support the team in the creation of new ideas and the definition of an implementation plan
how the ideas can be implemented. That includes alignment with IT regarding feasibility,
Data protection, legal and also Daimler entities or external Providers
Qualifikationen
Course of studies: Business Administration, Business Information Technology or related
Language skills: Very good command of English and German, both written and spoken
IT-skills: Good knowledge of MS Office (PowerPoint, Excel, Word, Outlook)
Personal skills: Affinity to work in an international project Environment, good communication,
presentation, mediation and active listening skills, ability to work independently or as a team
with multiple tasks running concurrently
