During his retirement years, Harmon Killebrew was a spokesperson
for the hospice movement and embraced the role it plays at one of
the most critical times we face in life. Harmon’s family and friends
have created a fund to help build the Midwest’s first hospice and
respite home specifically for children – Crescent Cove.
We are seeking sponsorship to support the success of a 4th annual
event to raise money for this important mission supporting families in
our community and ultimately building a children’s hospice and
respite home, the first in the Midwest.
Your generous sponsorship moves us one step closer to breaking
ground on this home. Please complete the attached sponsorship
contract and return to Katie by November 30, 2015. Payments,
however, can be made any time before January 30, 2016. Thank you!
