Supt. for C/I FROM: Frances Palacios, Director of Assessment SUBJECT: Request for Supplemental Pay for Intake Personnel (2015 July STAAR EOC) The 2015 July STAAR EOC test administration is fast approaching and the intake dates for the test materials return have been scheduled for July 9-10, 2015 from 8:00am -6:00pm approximately. The following personnel will be assisting with the 2015 July STAAR EOC intake of test materials. I am requesting supplemental pay for these individuals for July 10, 2015. I will have two teams of intake personnel due to the large quantity of scorable and nonscorable materials being turned in. Intake Team Members (total) = 12 1. Georgia Montoya (Grants Dept) 2.
