Innovative Fellowship – Innovative Partnership Program (www.ipp.vn)
Innovation Partnership Programme (IPP) is an Official Development Assistance (ODA)
program financed jointly by the Governments of Vietnam and Finland. IPP is in its second
phase running through 2014-2018. IPP supports Vietnam’s overall goal of becoming an
industrialized middle-income knowledge economy by the year 2020. The program
objective is to boost sustainable economic growth in Vietnam through the increased
production and export of innovative products and services.
In charge of:
 Conducting weekly training sessions for IPP-supported teams;
 Paired coaching of IPP-supported teams with Senior Innovation Experts;
 Creating practical terminology to accurately define and describe the core
innovation concepts and frameworks for future use in both English and
Vietnamese (i.e. the English/Japanese terminology used in the Toyota Production
System or Lean Manufacturing);
 Facilitation of events, projects, and other activities initiated or supported by IPP to
promote innovation in Vietnam;
 Actively connecting with important stakeholders and groups in the innovation
ecosystem, such as potential investors, innovation experts, and potential
innovative entrepreneurs.

Angels 4 Us is an angel investment group for entrepreneurs and angel investors in
Vietnam. This is both non-profit and for profit project designed to accomplish 3 main
aims: (1) provide startups at early stage with critical seed funds; (2) provide decent angel
investment training for both entrepreneurs and investors; (3) support startup community
and the development of entrepreneurial ecosystem in Vietnam.
