Prizes will be given for the best selections of vehicles as set out below

Conditions of Entry
All entries need to lodged One Calendar Month prior to the Event. Late entries can be lodged on the
day, from 7am, at NO extra charge.
Entry forms must be completed and given to event officials before gaining entry into the event. You must
Display and Show Vehicle Number.
All entrants must fill in this form and sign below.
All vehicles must have a single entry form.
All vehicles must have displayed a Show Number on their Vehicle ay all times or your vehicle WILL NOT
BE JUDGED.
ENTRY FEES are a Donation of $10-00 (please note entry is for ONE person and that Vehicle only).
Additional tickets can be purchased for $2-00 Donation per person or $5-00 Donation per family.
NOTE: Taree Volunteer Rescue Association Inc. and any of their associated Sponsors are not liable for any
loss, damage, personal injuries or death whatsoever (including, but not limited to, direct, indirect or
consequential losses) suffered or sustained on con junction with this event, the use of a prize, or any act or
omission (whether negligent or not) of the Taree Volunteer Rescue Association, or any person associated with
any of them, except for any liability which cannot be excluded by law.
All damages to the ground etc, will be billed to the person responsible (there will be no BURN Outs
allowed or damage to the Foot Ball field) which will be housing the Show. Vehicle entry to the field on
the day will be allowed after completion of all paper work, under the guidance of Event Officials.

Please Note: All Entries and Disclaimers must be filled in prior to any use of the Equipment.
Please Note: Offensive behavior will not be tolerated. We will have a strong POLICE presence on the day as
well Internal Security on the grounds. We hope to make this a regular family fun event. Your assistance in
this matter will be greatly appreciated.

JUDGING
Judging will be conducted on the day by three independent judges, who have no ties
or affiliation with any Car Club. Judging will be completed by 2pm and trophies will
be presented by 3pm. Best Show Vehicle will be judged by People’s Choice.
