Dear Parents/Carers
After School Clubs Summer 2016
We are pleased to inform you that our Sports Coaches Mrs Ellis and Mr Hackfath along with Mr
Williams will continue to offer after school clubs to students this term.
These clubs will start week commencing Monday 18th April 2016. Places are limited and will be
allocated on a first come first served basis. In the event your child’s first choice cannot be given, the
next club available from their selection will be given, where possible.
Please ensure your child attends every week if given a place, as there may be other children wanting
to attend who did not gain a place through lack of space. If your child is not able to attend for any
reason, please contact the school office in order that we can inform Mrs Ellis, Mr Hackfath or the
relevant teacher running the club, not to expect your child.
If you would like your child to take part in one of the clubs, please complete the form on the reverse
of this letter and return it to the school office as soon as possible. Please ensure contact and
collection details are fully completed on the form.
We strive to ensure all children are given a place in one of their chosen clubs; however this may not
always be possible due to club popularity. To avoid disappointment please have a second and third
choice marked and return the form to the office, as soon as possible. Also, please complete a form
for each child applying, as having multiple children on one form has caused issues in previous years.
You will be advised by letter whether your child has a place or not, please do not assume they
have a place after returning the application form.
