Definition of ‘Allocated No. of Replacement slot’ is
the number of replacement slot set aside by admin
for the class, for the lesson. This number is usually
fixed . ( i.e. 0 , 1 or 2)

is the number of available replacement slot at the
point of time , it will fluctuate based on the

1. After data deleted, student data upload page still showed old class list. What does this Class list supposedly to show?
I thought it should show the set of data freshly uploaded into the database for the purpose of verification.

bullet and line in between

In our Terms and Conditions, it was said that the
minimum notice given by parents for
replacement class must be at least 1 day in
advance. This means that the frontend must
make sure the date of request cannot be the
same day or later than the date of replacement.
If the condition happens, please display a
dialogue box with the message: ‘Request for
replacement must be submitted at least 1 day
before the day of replacement class. Please
choose a replacement class which is after today.
Thank you.’

Replacement Slot Management
The idea for this selection is to enable a default status.
We may want to set the default status to ‘Approved’
and automate the replacement class without
administrator intervention.
Insert a Text Box to remind the administrator on the definition:
Pending : Request has not been processed
Approved : Request approved
Not Approved : Request not approved, please give reason in comment box before
changing to ‘Not Approved’ Status
Reversed : Previous ‘Approved’ status to be changed to ‘Not Approved’. Please give
reason in comment box before changing to ‘Reversed’ Status

‘Pending’ : as a holding status for processing, would NOT Change (A) +1 / (R) – 1
‘Not Approved’ : Admin will give comments on why not approved , would NOT Change (A) +1 / (R) – 1
‘Approved’ : Change (A) -1 & (R) +1
‘Reversal’ : Happens when replacement was previously approved, now the parents may cancel the
replacement class and ask to reinstate. Admin need to give reason –> Change (A) +1 & (R) -1
Loh Yih Xiang replacement class had already hit the quota of maximum ‘2’ , when I submit 3rd replacement class, it should
check whether Loh Yih Xiang had exceeded the quota. If yes, the dialogue box should appear ‘Your child has exceeded the
allowed number of replacement class for this Term. We apologize for not being able to approve any more replacement
classes for this term.’
