Reward and recognition schemes
Following feedback from staff we are going to introduce a small number of reward
and recognition schemes.
1. Pride Team Award
We would like to recognise the CPFT teams who everyday do something extra
special to improve the quality of service to our patients, their carers, internal or
external customers or work colleagues.
Who is eligible?
The award is open to any teams/services in the Trust who have been nominated by a
working colleague, service user or member of staff in a partner organisation.
What are the award criteria?
Pride awards will be given for a single action or actions judged by the Executive
Team that goes beyond what the organisation could reasonably expect from one of
its teams/services.
What are the rewards?
A certificate and celebration event.
What is the nomination process?
If you wish to nominate a team, you should complete this form. Nominations are open
continuously. There will be four sets of award announcements each year on a
quarterly basis. Nominations should be sent to [email protected]
