Once a player is added to the system with a club application for your club, and are marked age/legal and accepted, you
will be able to roster them to a team.
After logging in, click on the Team Tab on the left.
You will find then search for the team by using the filters and clicking search or by simply clicking on search. The teams
will then populate under the search area and you can click on the team you would like to add players to.

Once you are on the team, click on the Roster Player tab.
Any eligible player should show up in the Available players box on the left. If you have a player that is younger than the
team or is a female being added to a boys team, please change the filters directly under ‘Available Players’. The
gender and age group will default to how the team is set up.

Once you change your Filters to ‘all’ any eligible player who has been marked accepted and age/legal will populate in the
box on the left. If the players do not show up, you may have to go to the player lookup screen and mark them
‘accepted’ and ‘age/legal’. See instructions on how to complete that process.
After you found the player, click on their name and hit the ‘add player’ button between the two boxes. The player will
be moved to the box on the right and you will click ‘Save Players’.

Rostering a Player as a Secondary player:
Go to the team, click on the roster player button, then click on the Mult-roster player button on the bottom of the page
You will get a pop-up box where you will be able to type in a player’s name. They will then populate in the box. You will
click on their name and they will be added to the ‘Assigned to this team’ box. Hit ‘Save Players’ and they will be saved
on the roster. Please note that a player HAS to be assigned to be a primary team that is active in order to be added to
a secondary team. If the player does not pop-up in the lookup box, then may not be on a primary team.
