SDJRL Trivia Night
The Committee will be holding a Trivia Night at
the South Dubbo Tavern on Friday 24th May
starting at 6pm. Nibblies will be provided with
Trivia to begin @ 7.30pm.Cost is $100 per table of
8.Come along for a great night of fun and
wonderful prizes including a signed NRL
Guernsey. RSVP by Sunday 19th May.
BEHAVIOUR AT TRAINING/GAME DAY
Parents, please remind your kids the importance of behaving at training/game day.
Coaches will not be putting up with bad behavior and the Committee WILL stand down
any player who misbehaves or disrupts others. Our Coaches are trying to teach our
kids to play footy & without them, there is no team!!
League Safe Course
If anyone is interested in completing
a League Safe course, please
contact Sue Merritt. This will be run in
a couple of weeks
HELPING OUR COACHES
For teams to take the field every week, the following
is required –
1)Coach – must hold a current certificate
2)FAO – must hold a current certificate
3)League Safe – must have certificate
4)Crowd Controller – ONLY looks after our
spectators
5)Scorer
6)Linesman – does not need to be accredited. Can
only let the ref know when the ball is out, player is
out & goals.
Parents, please take turns helping your team. This will
be enforced every week by Dubbo & District & CRL.
CODE OF CONDUCT
Please be advised that none of the following will be tolerated –

Swearing, verbal or physical abuse at players, coaches, referees,
team officials or spectators. This is for all players, parents, coaches,
spectators, team officials etc.

Only a leaguesafe or sports trainer is allowed on the field while a
game is in progress. Parents & spectators are NOT allowed on the
field AT ANY TIME.
Be advised that if you do any of the above, you WILL be in front of the Dubbo &
District JRL Judiciary and WILL face a ban, suspension or total expulsion from all
Junior Rugby League games. Please set an example for your child & Club and show
sportsmanship. If you are having any sort of trouble from anyone, please tell your
Crowd Controller, Committee member or a D & D official.
REGISTRATION
If you are unsure if your child is registered,
please see your coach or Mary McDermott
after 5pm at training. No child can play or
train unless paperwork has been signed, birth
certificate sighted & rego has been paid. We
cannot emphasise enough the importance of
your child being registered. If you are having
any trouble at all, please see Mary. We do not
want kids missing out but we CANNOT let kids
play or train unless they are registered.

GENERAL MONTHLY MEETINGS
The Committee holds a General Meeting on the
last Monday of every month at the South Dubbo
Tavern @ 6pm. All coaches are to attend and all
parents, supporters & sponsors are welcome. If
you have any issues, questions or ideas, please
come along. Our next meeting will be on
Monday 29th April
