offering based on proprietary process technology and part design with
potential applications outside the automotive industry.

markets. For each one, we assessed the potential market size and
identified the competitiveness of our client’s product vs. existing solutions
based on product features and price levels.
After a thorough priorization process, the team analyzed 2 sectors in detail,
using expert panels and extensive end-customer and trade interviews in
order to confirm the potential identified in the desk-top research. EuroPraxis
then developed a business plan for market entry.
