Law Enforcement
The Town of Imperial has a contract with the Royal Canadian Mounted Police to provide police services to the
town, from the Detachment at Watrous.
The RCMP can be reached at 306-946-3316 or in an emergency at 911
Fire Protection
The volunteer Fire Department consists of 12 members, and there are two pumper trucks of which one serves
the
surrounding rural area.

Play School
Imperial play school is for children ages 3 and 4. The program operates with one paid Certified teacher and one
volunteer parent in the morning for the 3 year olds and one volunteer parent in the afternoon for the 4 year olds
Current enrolment is 5 three year old children and 8 four year old children

Imperial School is in the Horizon School Division and is a Kindergarten to Grade 12 school, with 9 teachers
and 5 support staff

Imperial Community Center with a large main hall and a smaller multi-purpose room, and a large fully
equipped kitchen with walk in cooler. There is a bar and a complete sound system in the main hall, a deck
off of the multi-purpose room, and a large heavy barbeque that can also be rented.
Seating capacity is 300 people, rates are, main hall $60.00/hr or $300.00/day.
Multi purpose room, $35.00/hr or $175.00/day, Kitchen $25.00/hr.
The Imperial library is a branch of the Palliser Regional Library System

in North America
