Extract optimal value from each software licence/maintenance agreement and support services agreement, and leverage available budget to obtain optimal value for the business. Service delivery Services are defined, service level standards are established, kept up to date, and met, for each supported business IT application, service fulfilment is efficient and complies with all SA Water and IT policies, procedures, and principles. Maintenance activities are planned and undertaken in accordance with Service Availability Standards and Service/asset roadmaps, and comply with all SA Water and IT policies, procedures, and principles. Pre-defined Application Audits are planned and undertaken in accordance with Application Audit Schedule, and are supported by documented guidelines, standards and work practices. Ensure the team works collaboratively to fulfil audit request/requirements in agreed timeframes. Identify opportunities to standardise and re-use. Application support requirements are incorporated into each existing and to-be BAS managed application support contract; contracts contain relevant and appropriate Key Performance Indicators, and contracts are managed to deliver the expect benefits/outcomes for SA Water. Work inflow and fulfilment is managed in accordance with IT policy, processes and procedures, is consistent with business prioritisation, achieves agreed service levels, output meets quality expectations, with work plans and progress reported timely and accurately to stakeholders. Manage demand and develop new ways to create business value with application services Provision of specialist knowledge and skills to support delivery of IT program of work (capital and operational), with resourcing levels optimised to meet demand while constrained by allocated budget. Manage the application lifecycle, ensuring that the application roadmap is consistent with IT strategy and business unit plans through collaboration with business application owners, business SMEs/power users, and IT Business Partners. Define, implement and adhere to efficient support processes to provide agility to business. Ensure asset rationalisation occurs on an on-going basis including asset renewal, replacement and upgrade. Actively participate in designated governance bodies, such as DA, CRG, ITGC and project steering committees as appropriate.
