Maude Finch Award Nomination Form
United Way's Women's Leadership Council (WLC) is a giving circle of women leadership
contributors whose collective, caring power is building a healthier, stronger community.
The Maude Finch Award, presented annually by the Women’s Leadership Council, is given in
recognition of a community woman whose service or achievements are outstanding examples of
helping people in need reach their potential in our community by giving, advocating, or
volunteering with United Way of Olmsted County or United Way affiliated organizations.
Nominees will be selected for their action, results, and time in one or more of the interconnected
building blocks for a good quality of life - education, income, health, and basic needs. The
nominee’s service or achievements should have contributed to creating a better community by
helping improve people’s lives.
The awardee will be honored at United Way’s celebration event on Thursday, January 26, 2017.
