American Institute of Architecture Student:
 The group spoke about their budget
 Ednaly spoke about the slow growth model and talked about the group’s benchmark for
the year.
 Charlton spoke in favor of funding 2500 for Conferences and everything else in the full
amount requested.
 D’Agosto spoke in favor of funding the Conference for 2000 and everything else in the
full amount.
 Allison spoke about the Conference line item moving to admin
 Ednaly moved to allocate funds to AIAS 2700 Stipends, 50 Advertising: Promotional, 5
Postage, 375 Dues and Membership, 10 Meetings, 140 Food for Meetings, 110 Social,
730 Food for Social, 970 Professional, 50 Food for Professional. Seconded.
 Motion passed.
Law of Intellectual Property:
 The group spoke about their budget.
 Allison told the group about transferring money to new line items if it cannot be spent
for a certain event.
 Vigoda asked why the group has not spent any of their funds this year.
 Charlton spoke in favor of funding the full request



National Association for Music Editors:
 The group spoke about their budget.
 Allison spoke about the Conferences moving up to Admin.
 Vigoda spoke in favor of funding the full amount.
 Vigoda motioned to allocate funds to group National Association for Music Editors to
ACDA National Conference for 900, NAfME Conferences for 1500, ASTA Conference
1500, Guest Speaker 300, Food for Guest Speaker 50, Fashion Show 5, Food for
Fashion Show 15. Seconded.
 Motion passed.
Child and Family Law Association:
 The group spoke about their budget.
 Harrison motioned to allocate funds to Child and Family Law Association Raffle and
Documentary 110, Food 75, Lunchtime Speaker 10, Food 100, Lunchtime Speaker #2
10, Food 100, Documentary Night 10, Food 100. Seconded.
 Motion passed.
Mujeres:
 The group spoke about their budget.
 Gimm asked about the spending history.
 Charlton spoke about not needing and increase in Advertising: Promotional
 Controllers said they have spent 29% so far this year.
 Allison spoke in favor of funding 5,000.
 Vigoda spoke in favor of a $400 increase.
 Ednaly motioned to Mujeres 195 I, 2700 Stipends, 50 Office Supplies, 4o Copying and
Printing, 200 Advertising and Promotional, 60 Open House, 130 Food, 150 Dia De Los
Muertos, 100 Food, 90 Winter Event, 60 Food, 210 Take Back the Night, 150 Mujeres
Weekend, 210 Food, 160 Senior Appreciation, 210 Food, 100 Recruitment and
Retention, 150 Food, 100 Fall Event, 50 Food, 180 Community Outreach. Seconded.

MeCHA:
 The group spoke about their budget.
 Vigoda asked about past spending in Community Outreach line item.
 Gimm spoke about adjusting the Conferences up to Admin before making Programming
adjustments.
 The committee discussed splitting Recruitment and Retention up to move parts of it to
Admin.




The group spoke about needing 1960 for Retreats.
Allison spoke about keeping conferences and requesting extra stipends from Senate, but
the group said they would rather keep Stipends and do a special request for
Conferences.
Ednaly motioned to allocate funds to MECHA, 6750 Stipends, 300 Office Supplies, 300
Monthly Charges, 15 Long Distance, 2750 MeCHA Conference, 1000 Retreat, 1701
Spring Event, 850 Food for Spring Event, 1800 Community Outreach, 200 Food for
Community Outreach, 3000 Dia De Los Muertos, 1300 Food for Dia De Los Muertos,
1500 Ganas, 500 Food for Ganas, 10,100 RUYC, 250 Jotera, 150 Food, 300 Senior
Appreciation Night, 200 Food for Senior Appreciation Night, 500 Recruitment, 500
Food for Recruitment. Seconded.

Financial Management Association
 The group spoke about their budget.
 Gimm spoke about the slow growth model and suggested a freeze or small increase.
 Controllers said they have spent 92% so far this year.
 Charlton suggested funding 1400 total for a 200 increase.
 Ednaly motioned to allocate funds to group FMA 1100 to Seattle Site Visit, 200
Financial Management Kickoff, 100 Food for Financial Management Kickoff. Seconded.
 Ednaly amended her motion to allocate 1000 to Seattle Sight Visit, 100 Food for
Careers in Banking Event. Seconded.
 Motion passed.
Student Insurgent
 The group spoke about their budget.
 Charlton spoke about the slow growth model and asked about their spending history.
 Vigoda said normally he would suggest a decrease but would feel comfortable with a
freeze.
 Allison spoke in favor of funding the full amount for the Adobe update.
 Gimm said she believed at most the committee would fund a 2% increase.
 Allison spoke that an increase was generous looking at spending history.
 Lei told the group about senate surplus.
 Ednaly motioned to allocate funds to Student Insurgent 4050 Stipends, 900 Office,
7500 Publications, 200 Distribution.
Art History Association
 The group spoke about their budget.
 Vigoda asked controllers how much they have spent this year.
 Gimm asked for plans for Professional Development line item.
 Vigoda explained the slow growth model, and spoke in favor of a freeze.
 Ednaly spoke in favor of a freeze as well.
 Gimm also spoke in favor of this.


Vigoda motioned to allocate funds to group 2700 Stipends, 100 Advertising:
Promotional, 950 Annual Symposium, 300 Food, 380 Professional Development, 55
Food for Professional Development, 275 Student Art Show, 215 Food for Student Art
Show, 25 AHA Fall Mixer, 110 Food for AHA Fall Mixer. Seconded.
Motion passed.
ROAR
 The group spoke about their budget.
 Vigoda reiterated his points about spending history, and said he would recommend a
freeze.
 Charlton suggested a 2% increase.
 Allison spoke in favor of a freeze or a small increase, due to spending history, but said
she trusts the group will spend the money.
 Ednaly spoke in favor of a freeze and said she had a motion.
 Gimm spoke in favor of a 300 increase.
 Senator Toy spoke in favor of ROAR and their involvement in the community and
activism.
 Allison spoke in favor of the small increase.
 Vigoda spoke in favor of the increase as well.
 Gimm motioned to allocate funds to group ROAR, Stipends for 5400, Office Supplies
200, Copying and Printing 100, Books Publications 150, Subscriptions 100, Postage 40,
Animal Rights Issues 200, Survival Center Film 20, Anti-Racism 500, Artistic Demo 200,
Propaganda 1500, Conferences 100, Feminism Issues 500, Activism Speaker 8500,
Peace Issues 500, Indigenous Solidarity 500, LGBTQA+ Issues 400, Environmentalist

Oregon Voice
 The group spoke about their budget.
 Gimm spoke about their historical spending.
 Vigoda asked about the Events line item spending history.
 Ednaly suggested 7475 in Press Printing.
 Vigoda spoke in favor of funding that amount as well
 Ednaly motioned to allocate funds to group Oregon Voice 4050 for Stipends, 100 for
Office/General Supplies, 50 for Advertising: Promotional, 7475 to Press Printing, 150
to Distribution, 50 Food for Distribution, and 250 for Events. Seconded.
