All visitors should arrive at the North Gate (Gate 1) of the City Football Academy
and proceed to the Media Zone reception (C) to register. We use an electronic
accreditation system, so please bring an item of photographic ID with you that
you are prepared to leave at reception and collect at the end of your visit.
After signing in, a member of staff will be happy to escort you to your meeting.
If you’re arriving:
By Taxi:
• Your cab driver will clear security and take you straight to reception.
By Car:
• Please clear security at the North Gate and then park in the Car Park
on the left (C1).
By Bus:
• The following bus routes serve Ashton New Road:
188, 216, 217, 218, 231, 236 and 237.
• Your stop is the Asda superstore opposite the North Gate entrance.
By Tram:
• Please take the Eccles to Ashton-Under-Lyne line and alight at Velopark.
This is a two minute walk from the North Gate entrance.
The journey takes about 12 minutes from Piccadilly station.
