Our company
Located in the town of Court, in the Bernese Jura, the very heart of the Swiss
precision screw machining industry. MPS Décolletage SA continues the tradition
of precision turning, i.e. screw machining since 1929.
The customers require MPS Décolletage to produces parts satisfying the highest technical specifications
in terms of geometrical complexity, dimensional and geometrical tolerances, surface finish and quality
of aspect.

Our Products
MPS Décolletage manufactures high precision turned parts in large,
medium and low volume batches. Product diameters range from 0.1 to 42
millimeters and the materials can be copper alloys, mild or stainless steel,
aluminium, titanium as well as all reasonably machinable materials.
Thanks to the synergy between the various units of the Group, MPS
Décolletage is able to supply his clients complete finished products.

Connector technology
MPS Décolletage manufactures turned parts for the electronics sector,
aerospace industry and transport. We are able to produce complex, fully
finished products with, for instance, split, folded and tightened contacts,
and also with thermal treatment and surface finish. The company has
been known for a long time in the field of connector technology and is
internationally renowned.

MPS Décolletage is an expert in the production of some of the most
complex parts for mechanical watch movements, such as winding shafts,
gliding pinions, components of the barrel and winding pinions. We master
all production steps and are therefore able to offer our clients perfectly
machined and finished products, of top quality and decorative finish.
MPS Décolletage enjoys a well-recognized name and know-how within
the car industry which guaranties components of very high quality levels
as well as of a faultless reliability to the client.

Our equipment
With a suite of approximately 100 precision cam-lathes, supplemented by more than twenty CNC automatic lathes, MPS is producing
turned parts of the highest standard.
For components with more complex geometries, these machines-tool are equipped with apparatus capable of secondary operations
such as high-speed milling, polygon turning, whirling heads, high pressure drilling and precision gear-cutting for wheels and pinions.
Quality assurance and command of SPC
methods (Statistical Process Control)
Strategically distributed in the different workshops, SPC posts (Statistical Process Control) guarantee the production process, avoiding
any qualitative deviations. At the Final Inspection level, the required Quality Documents such as certificate of dimensions, material or
thermal treatment and surface finishing are established. These are provided along with the delivered goods.
Being an ISO 9001 certified company, in compliance with the ISO 13485 and ISO 14001 standard, MPS Décolletage can assure the full
traceability of its machining and assembly processes.

Our mission
MPS is structured as a group of enterprises, which are developing and producing tailor-made micromechanical solutions in typically
very challenging domains like the watch industry, the medical sector, orthopedics and defense. We owe our success to 80 years of
experience in linear bearing and ball screws technology, to our top expertise in machining and assembly and to the durable partnerships
that we maintain with both clients and suppliers.

MPS Watch with its marketing in Bienne and its production site in Bonfol/Switzerland

Our plant
Since 2015 MPS Décolletage has been established in an ecological building of 3400 sq. meters which is equipped with more than
1000 sq. meters of photocells panels. Those are delivering a power of 165 kW, amounting to an annual capacity of up to 165 MWh.
The intelligent building is able to manage all thermal flows which in turn provides an ideal climate control for all departments.
