• Regain feet, face direction of play, place ball on ground, roll

squeeze ball carrier towards you
• Target thigh area, head behind ball carrier, arms around thigh
area, squeeze ball carrier towards you
• Guide ball to foot, round of ball sits on round of foot, follow
through with foot towards target
• Slight lean forward, guide ball to foot, point toe towards
