that formerly graced this picturesque waterfront
location, The Mill Barns is an amazing
new development designed with your perfect
wedding in mind.
We’ve thought about every aspect of your big
day and designed the wedding venue accordingly;
from the spacious bridal preparation suite;
the enchanting oak-framed ceremony barn;
the inviting spaces both inside and out for
drinks and photographs through to the
stunning wedding breakfast barn and evening
entertainment areas; you’ll find your wedding
day flows from one perfect moment to the next.
We’ve even thought about your needs as the
celebration draws to a close and designed
some stunning overnight accommodation for
you and your guests.
Exclusive Use
We want you to feel completely relaxed on your wedding day
in the company of your friends and loved ones, that’s why
The Mill Barns is an exclusive use wedding venue; you get
the entire wedding venue to yourselves from 11am right
through to midnight.
You’re also guaranteed the use of our luxury bridal suite and can be
confident offering The Mill Brook Rooms and The Meadow Rooms
to your wedding guests as this stunning onsite accommodation
is exclusively available to your wedding party for the night of
your wedding.
No Corkage Wedding Venue
We want your day to be just that, ‘your day’ so we don’t dictate
what drinks you must have or who has to supply them. We give
you the option to supply your own daytime drinks and we do
not apply a corkage charge.
For a no hassle, cost-effective alternative to supplying your own drinks,
why not design your own Bespoke Drinks Package from the extensive
collection of discounted drinks available to order online from The Cellar.
If you’re unsure on quantities, take advantage of our ‘sale or return’ option
on all drinks ordered from The Cellar; if you get a little carried away we’ll
happily refund you for any unopened drinks after the wedding.

We don’t limit your imagination by forcing you to
choose from set menus; we encourage you to design
your own wedding menu and with three course wedding
breakfast menus from just £38 per person (including VAT),
you can indulge your guests for less.
Let us inspire you with our fantastic range of wedding food;
delight guests with hot and smoky BBQ dishes or get
everyone talking over sensational sharing platters; satisfy
with crowd-pleasing dishes or amaze with daring delicacies.
Your wedding is the perfect opportunity to indulge and

A clearly priced wedding food information pack featuring
inspiring daytime menus, delectable evening dishes and

Onsite Wedding Accommodation
We know you’ll want to cherish every moment of your wedding
day, surrounded by loved ones celebrating your happiness and
with onsite luxury accommodation available for up to 50 guests,
you can make the most of every second together.
All our brand-new guest bedrooms are equipped with ensuite
shower rooms and have space for a cot upon request; with a
mix of double, twin and family rooms to choose from, we’re
confident your guests will enjoy a restful night’s sleep before
joining you for breakfast the next day.
When it comes to the bridal suite you deserve the best. The
aptly named Waterscapes Suite offers stunning views over
Paper Mill Brook and the estate’s cascading waterfall;
waterscapes which can be enjoyed from the comfort
of a luxurious bubble bath.
Exclusively available for the use of the Bride & Groom on
the wedding night only, the bridal suite is included in the
Wedding Venue Hire Price.

Whatever menu you choose, you can be assured
of no corkage fee and inclusive provision of all
those little extras; tables, chairs, cake table,
table name/number holders and square or round
silver cake stand and, yes even the cake knife!

Development of The Mill Barns Wedding Venue
is well under way and you’re welcome to book
an appointment to come and visit the site.
You’ll love the inspiring countryside setting
and gain an appreciation of the gorgeous
landscaping of this eight acre estate.
You’ll need to use a little imagination to visualise
the venue complete but we’ll show you our plans
and discuss in detail how you can utilise the
stunning oak-framed barns to host your
perfect day.
We are so confident that you’ll adore our amazing
new barn wedding venue, that we’re happy to take
bookings now in readiness for the grand opening,
planned for Spring 2017. As a special thank you for
placing your trust in our vision, we’re offering
significant discounts on our Venue Hire Price for
all bookings taken before 31st August 2016.
Special Introductory Terms
Reserve your chosen wedding date with a 25% Deposit
A further 25% Deposit is payable on 1st January 2017
The final 50% of the Venue Hire Price is due 8 weeks prior
to your wedding.
