LWMC established on March 19,
2010
under
section

Companies Ordinance 1984.

Asset Management
Agreement (SAAMA) signed on
June 25, 2011
 Assets,
resources and functions
were transferred to LWMC


The contract was signed on 3rd
November, 2011 for a duration of 07
years with two Turkish companies
