Admission Notice For Class-XI (Session 2017-18)
(For Students of KV Ballygunge only)
1. Option Form for admission in different streams is available
on school website, www.kvballygunge.in duly filled in form
along with downloaded copy of their CBSE mark sheets to
be submitted on 05.06.2017 & 06.06.2017 from 9.00 A.M to
12.00 Noon. Option form should be signed by the
parents/guardians of the candidates.
2. Students should report in the vidyalaya for admission
strictly as per the admission schedule in complete school
uniform along with parent.
3. Students failing to report on the scheduled date of
admission should report on 22nd of June during visiting
hours.
Note- Students from other CBSE /ICSE/State board are
advised to follow the website for vacancy position.

General Instructions:
1. Follow the Admission Schedule strictly.(Notice-2)
2. All candidates are advised to Download the Option Form on 05.05.20167and submit
the same positively on or before 06.06.2017 with the following documents:
(a) Downloaded printout of Class-X Marksheet
(b) Photocopy of Aadhar card or Aadhar enrolment number.
(c) Copy of SC/ST certificate and disability certificate ,wherever applicable
(d) Copy of NCC ‘A’ Certificate / Best Cadet Certificate, wherever applicable.
(e) Copy of SGFI / KVS National / State / KVS Regional /District Level Certificates,
wherever applicable.
(f) Scouts & Guides-Rashtrapati Puraskar Certificate / Rajya Purashkar Certificate
with 07 Proficiency Badges / Tritya Sopan Certificate with 05 Proficiency
Badges, wherever applicable.
(g) Participation Certificate in at least 10-days adventure activity, wherever
applicable.
(h) Affidavit from 1st Class Magistrate pertaining to Single Girl Child, wherever
applicable.
(i) Certificate from employer of Father / Mother certifying non-grant of Children
Education Allowance, wherever applicable and annual income certificate.
(j) Fee payable at the time of admission (For the 1st Qtr-April’17 to June 2017)
