The sale will be govered by the following terms and conditions :(i)

All the items will be disposed off in 1 lot to the successful bidder and no part
quotation/auction/bid shall be entertained.
The items shall be sold to highest bidder (H-1)
Items one disposed off to the successful bidders shall not be taken by Kendriya Vidyalaya
No. 3 Agra Cantt Agra .
The successful bidder will be required to deposit the bid amount on the spot by means of
cash deposit in office and collect CS – 12 receipt
The earnest money of the successful bidder will be released only after he deposits the sale
proceed. The earnest money will be forfeited if he fails to honour the bid .
The delivery of the sold articles will be arranged only after the successful bidder submits
documentary evidence in support of residential status (ration card/voters identity card in
case of individual and registration certificate, undertaking by the firm for proper dispose or
use legally etc.).
The sold unserviceable furniture will be removed by the successful bidder at his own cost
within 48 hours of depositing the money.
The unserviceable be sold on “ AS IS WHERE IS BASIS” and no guarantee for its worthiness
or quality will be given by the department .
The undersigned reserves the right to reject the offer of the highest bidder , if in his opinion
; it is not considered reasonable , without assigning any reason therefore.
