TEAM CAPTAIN REGISTERS WITH TSNW

CHOOSE NUMBER OF PLAYERS



Decide whether you will play as a foursome, threesome, twosome or single
Designate a Team Captain (if you are playing as a single, you are the Team Captain)
The Team Captain confirms names of all players in the group and completes LDG Registration
Form.
CHOOSE A COURSE








Choose which type of course you’d like to play: 18 hole, 3 par or putt-putt golf
Approach the course manager or golf pro and let them know that you would like to participate
in a Longest Day of Golf activity for TSNW
You will need the course to approve your plans to play through other golfers when
appropriate in order to play as many holes as you can
Together with course management, decide on a date that works for both parties and agree on
terms of play
Let course management know if you will be playing as a foursome, threesome, twosome or
single
Bring along a copy of the TSNW nonprofit statement of purpose and tax ID # to give to course
personnel for their records Click for Document
Share your story of connection to TSNW and let them know why you are participating in this
fundraising activity
If appropriate, ask the course to waive green fees and cart fees
CHOOSE A DATE & PLAY!

Ask family, friends, neighbors and co-workers to sponsor you
Golfers collect pledges from donors to raise money to benefit TSNW. Pledges can be made per
completed hole or on a flat pledge basis.
