Assessment Debriefing & Action Plan Development
• Each participant is assigned a development coach
• Monthly one-on-one meeting with the Vertex coach
Action Plan Implementation
• Along with the Vertex Coach, each participant will review their progress on their action
plans with monthly progress & tracking
