Dear Parent / Carer
Your child has expressed an interest in attending an after school club. Listed below are the clubs available and the
price of each club. If you would like your child to attend please fill in the consent slip and return to the school office
along with payment for the 1st half term. Please make cheques payable to St James CE Academy. Please note places
will be allocated on a first come first served basis and will only be secured once payment is received.
All Clubs will start week commencing 12th September and there will be no clubs during half term week starting 27th
October. We are not taking bookings for clubs in the second half of the Autumn term at the moment. If you want to
check any details, please look on the school website.
Payments have been calculated according to the number of sessions (12) and must be paid for in advance.
