Required: Services of a Law Firm / Legal Advisor
Pharmacy Council of Pakistan (PCP) intends to engage well-reputed registered Law
Firm / Legal Advisor on Retainer ship/case to case basis for throughout radius of
Pakistan including Azad Jammu & Kashmir and Gilgit-Baltistan. The legal Advisor/Law
Firm’s services being hired include but not limited to appear in various courts/tribunal
and provide legal opinion and assist day to day affairs of PCP.
1. Qualification/Experience
(i)
The Law Firm must have an Advocate of Supreme Court on its panel or in
case of Legal Advisor he/she must have a minimum 10 years of relevant
working experience and eligible to appear before the Supreme Court.
(ii)
The Law Firm/Legal Advisor must be an Active Tax Payer (verifiable
through ATL) as per (Tax Compliance) Regulations, 2015 and should
have a valid NTN.
(iii)
The Law Firm/Legal Advisor should send their profiles stating the type of
cases handled in Supreme Court, High Court, Court of Appeal, Tribunals
and Lower Court as well as arbitration matters.
(iv)
Computer Proficiency (Microsoft Office).
2. Both option retainer ship and case to case basis are to be quoted court wise.
3. The Law Firm/Legal Advisor having higher qualification and ample experience in
relevant field shall be preferred.
4. TA/DA for attending cases shall be paid in actual in both types of arrangements.
