COLORADO SHINES CCAP PILOT READINESS ASSESSMENTS Initial Required Criteria 1. No history of persistent licensing violations AND license currently in good standing. 2. Fewer than 25% of staff have a primary language other than English. 3. Fewer than 20% of classroom staff positions are vacant. COLORADO SHINES CCAP PILOT READINESS ASSESSMENTS Initial Required Criteria 4. With support, program has capacity for 75% of staff to complete an average of 10 hours of Level 2 online courses (must have access to high speed internet). 5. With support, program can enter workforce qualifications for 100% of staff into PDIS. 6. No more than 2 months in the past 12 when program income did not meet expenses. Coach introduces Readiness Assessment and rationale. Conducts interview with Director. Responses can inform readiness for change based on program's internal capacity, supports and dispositions. Based on what you know about a program you have worked with, use the Rating Readiness Checklist to identify which standards the program might meet currently and calculate the number of points the program would achieve. Refer to the Rating Evidence handout for specific criteria for meeting each standard. Remember required points from Workforce Qualifications & Learning Environment. Go back through the Rating Readiness Checklist to identify standards that you think the program could achieve by June 30 with support to achieve Level 3.
