ELIGIBILITY: Any boy who is currently enrolled in high school or plans to attend high school
this year may participate. Teammates do NOT have to be from the same school.
DIVISIONS: JV (recommended for boys in grades 9+10) and Varsity (recommended for boys
in grades 11+12)
FORMAT: 2 vs 2, Pool Play followed by Playoffs
COST: $40 per team. 25% of all proceeds will be donated to charity.
REGISTRATION: Registration on the day of the event will begin at 7:00 am. To pre-register,
complete and email this form to Neiad Ammary ([email protected]) by Friday, 8/24,
and please indicate your participation on our Facebook page (2012 Boys Doubles
Championships) ahead of time. Payment will be collected on site. Walk-on registrations are
welcome but will be charged an additional $10 per team.
