Two Weeks Before The Event:
Contacted the Caterers to confirm your choice of menu and any special dietary requirements.

Confnm final numberc with the office they will pass on this information to the Professional and the
Caterers.
The $ociety will be regarded as being financially committed to the number of green fees and meals
unless cancelled prior to this date.

On The Day:
Confirm numbers with the Pro and Caterer
Members of the RGS do not pay a green fee, but all other members of the Society must pay the full
green fee and cannot be signed in as a guest.

TERMS AND CONDITION$ FOR VISITING GOLF SOCIETIES

The format of play as stated on the Application Form and approved by the Club, must be adhered to. Play must
commen@ from the 1" Tee within the times agreed, aE failure to comply with this requiremenl can cause
considerable inconvenience to Club Members.

The yellow/red tee markers are to be used at all times, unless otherwise agreed. play may be in 2, 3 or 4 balls.

Gentlemen may wear tiailored shorts togelher with predominantly white sport socks on the course. All shorts
wom by Ladies and Gentlemen on the course should be of a reasonable length, 2 inches above the knee is the
recommended standard.

Arrangements for meals must be made 14 days prior to the event with the Steward/Catererc. Payment for
meals to be paid direct to the Sterarard/Caterer on the day. lt is impo(ant that Societies confirm the number
eating not later than 24 hours before the day. After that time the Society will be regarded as being financially
committed to the number of rneals booked at the time.
Green fees must be paid to the Club Professional before play. A "tag" will be issued and must be displayed
prominently on playe/s bags for identification.
