Robot Race
Description
In this competition you get to test the efficiency and power of your robot. Race it with other
robots to know where it stands. Your robot should be competent enough to cross all the hurdles
placed on the track and emerge to be the winner.

All the Robots should be customized and they would be analyzed by the judges before the
Race. (No Branded Robots would be entertained)
The track may contain obstacles such as:
Ramps
Fixed walls
Dead ends of less than 20cm
Round about
The race will start only when the referee indicates so by saying “start”, if the robot moves
before the referee indicates it, the race will have to start again; the time limit will not restart.
Remote Control is strictly prohibited.
Can use mobile application to operate it.
There would be a penalty of +3 seconds for striking the wall
If participants wants to restart, he can restart with the permission of judges
There are three tries for each participant and best time would be selected.
A Contestant will not be allowed to touch the robot unless he/she is attempting to make
another attempt to race at the start line or any of the crossed checkpoints. If the contestant
touches the robot in any way to correct its course, the referee will indicate so and force the
robot to make another attempt.
Robots do not need to follow the line; the only goal is to get to the finishing line in the
shortest time possible while making a loop passing the flag.
Robots may not fly or jump barriers.
Any attempt or apparent attempt to harm a human being will result in immediate
disqualification
Bonus: There are bonus marks for physical appearance too
There is only one stage. But if there is a tie so there would be a second round in which the
teams would compete again.
Registration Fees: 1200/- PKR Per Team
Incentives
Certificate, Shield and Cash prize of 6000/- PKR to the Winning team.
Certificate and Cash Prize of 4500/- PKR to the Runner Up team.
Certificates to all the participants.
