The Den at Fox Creek
Longest Drive
Contest Procedures:
 Each player will have two attempts for the longest drive.
 Drive must land on the marked fairway to be eligible for contest.
 Fairway will be marked every 50 yards.
 Score is equal to the measurement in yards of how far the ball is from the tee.
 TYC observers will record the player’s best attempt on the scorecard.
Putting Contest
Contest Procedures:
 Each player will attempt three different holes on the putting green from designated
starting points.
 Each player receives one attempt per hole.
 Score is equal to the corresponding placement within the scoring circles: zero points for
a ball in the cup, one point for a ball between the first circle and the cup, etc.
 TYC observers will record each player’s score per hole; the
cumulative low score for the putting contest wins.

Short Game Contest
Contest Procedures:
 Each player will attempt three holes from designated starting spots.
 Each player receives two attempts for each chip/bunker contest.
 Score is equal to the corresponding placement within the scoring circles: zero points for
a ball in the cup, one point for a ball between the first circle and the cup, etc.
 TYC observers will record each player’s lowest score per contest; the cumulative low score for the
short game contest wins.
Scorecards must be turned into the registration table for evaluation.
Times




Check-in starts at 3:30 p.m.
All contests begin at 4 p.m.
Contests are open to all age groups
Awards will be distributed at courses on Wednesday
Please note dinner will be served from 5-7 p.m. Participants eat for free.
Additional guests are $5 each.
